摘要

Abstract

The experiment aimed to screen Lactobacillus strains specifically for meat pigeons.Pharyngeal swabs collected from meat pigeons in the poultry house were subjected to pathogen isolation and identification,morphological observation,biochemical characterization,and 16S rDNA sequence analysis.Additionally,the isolated strains were studied for acid tolerance,bile salt tolerance,thermal tolerance,and antimicrobial activity.The results showed that the isolate was identified as Lactobacillus salivarius through morphological observation,biochemical characterization,and 16S rDNA sequence analysis,and was designated as C-1-3-1.The survival rate of isolate C-1-3-1 exceeded 70%at 40℃and 45℃,and it exhibited limited survival in MRS medium containing 0.20%porcine bile salt.At pH 4,the strain's survival rate reached 63.0%,while at pH 5,the survival rate exceeded 90%.The isolate inhibited the growth of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus,with enhanced antimicrobial effects when combined with Patrinia scabiosifolia extract.The study demonstrated that isolate C-1-3-1 possesses strong thermal tolerance,acid tolerance,bile salt tolerance,and promising probiotic properties,making it a potential candidate for probiotic development.
