拮抗产气荚膜梭菌的芽孢杆菌的分离鉴定与益生特性研究
Isolation,identification,and probiotic properties of antagonistic Bacillus to Clostridium perfringens

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to provide reference for the development and application of feeding bacillus.In this study,Bacillus with strong antagonistic function against Clostridium perfringens was isolated from the intestinal contents of broilers,and its classification was determined by morphological,physiological and biochemical identification and 16S rDNA sequencing,and its probiotic properties were studied.The results showed that strain J5-8 was Bacillus licheniformis with good heat resistance.After treatment at 80,100,and 120℃for 10 min,the spore-survival rate was 94.6%,86.5%,and 81.1%,respectively.Strains J5-8 still had 26%survival rate at pH below 3,and 82%survival rate in 0.5%bile salt.They were well tolerated under conditions such as simulated gastric juice and intestinal juice.Compared with the same strains,J5-8 had higher activity of producing enzymes and neutral protease.The results showed that strain J5-8 had good acid resistance,bile salt resistance and temperature resistance,and could produce a variety of biological enzymes,which could be used as feeding bacillus to further study the prevention and control of Clostridium perfringens.关键词
