Abstract
In order to completely solve the problem of 4100XPC electric shovel pushing large cap and bolts failure,the article introduces the working principle of 4100XPC electric shovel pushing large cap card block,and analyzes the existing problems of 4100XPC electric shovel pushing large cap card block,gives the renovation scheme of double clamping block of big flower cap,the locking scheme of double clamping block of big flower cap and the upgrading scheme of double clamping block of big flower cap.The results show that the upgrading effect is remarkable,and the service life of the 4100XPC electric shovel is extended to 1 year,which obtain good economic and social benefits.关键词
