The Impact of Value Realization Efficiency of Forest Ecological Products on Common Prosperity
摘要
Abstract
⑴Background——Common prosperity is the essential requirement of socialism and an important feature of Chinese-style modernization,and the key to achieve common prosperity is to break through the bottleneck of rural development.There are abundant ecological resources in rural areas,but many of them are not utilized effective-ly.The value realization of ecological products provides a new way to solve the bottleneck by optimizing resource utilization and market mechanism.As an important provider of ecological products,forest ecosystems play an im-portant role in promoting high-quality economic development,ensuring ecological security,and enhancing rural well-being. ⑵Methods——On the basis of theoretical analysis,this paper put forward the research hypotheses.Taking 31 provinces(municipalities and autonomous regions)in China from 2010 to 2020 as the research objects,it constructed a multidimensional index system to evaluate the value realization efficiency of forest ecological prod-ucts and the level of common prosperity,and used the fixed effects model and mediation effects model to analyze the impact of value realization efficiency of forest ecological products on common prosperity,and explore the mechanism and heterogeneity effects of different regions and different prosperity levels. ⑶Results——First,the value realization efficiency of forest ecological products has a significant positive impact on the level of common prosperity,especially in the sharing dimension and the sustainable dimension.Second,the value realization efficiency of forest ecological products significantly promotes the level of common prosperity through the upgrading of industrial structure and the improvement of social consumption level.Third,in the central and western regions,the value realization efficiency of forest ecological products has a significant positive impact on the level of common prosperity,while in the eastern regions,the impact is not significant.Fourth,the promoting effect of the value realization efficiency of forest ecological products on the level of common prosperity is more significant in the areas with low level of common prosperity,and the marginal effect decreases with the increase of common prosperity. ⑷ Conclusions and Discussions——Based on the above research conclusions,the following policy sug-gestions are proposed:First,promote the marketization of forest ecological products and focus on the sustainable use of ecological resources.Encourage enterprises and social capital to participate in the development of the green industrial chain,and establish a long-term mechanism for the sustainable development of forest ecosystems.Sec-ond,the government should introduce a series of support policies to accelerate the deep integration of ecological industries and traditional industries,promote the upgrading of industrial structure and green transformation,for-mulate vocational skills training and entrepreneurship support plans,and actively guide green consumption.Third,different policies should be implemented according to different regions.Actively develop the forest ecologi-cal industry in the central and western regions,while in the eastern region,the high value-added ecological prod-ucts should be vigorously developed.In the areas with low level of common prosperity,the government should in-crease technical,financial and policy supports,innovate financial instruments and special funds,and promote the cross-regional circulation of ecological products.关键词
