The Evaluation and Enhancement Strategies of Organizational Resilience of Farmers'Forestry Professional Cooperatives

Abstract
⑴ Background——As an important component of new types of forestry management entities,farmers'forestry professional cooperatives play an important role in promoting the development of modern forestry,promoting the mod-erate scale management of forestry and cultivating new farmers.Organizational resilience is conducive to enhancing or-ganizational ability,promoting organizational evolution and improving organizational performance.The level of organi-zational resilience of farmers'forestry professional cooperatives is related to their long-term and healthy development.However,there are few researches on the organizational resilience of farmers'forestry professional cooperatives. ⑵ Methods——Based on the organizational resilience theory,this paper constructed an evaluation index system for the resilience of farmers'forestry professional cooperatives from three dimensions:the resilience of daily operation,the resilience of sudden events handling and the resilience of response results.The research data came from a questionnaire survey of 142 farmers'forestry professional cooperatives in Fujian province.In this pa-per,the CRITIC weight method and entropy method were combined to calculate the combination weights,deter-mine the weight of each index,and obtain the comprehensive evaluation values of the organizational resilience of each farmers'forestry professional cooperative,and then the K-means method was used for cluster analysis to classify forestry professional cooperatives. ⑶ Results——First,the original values of evaluation indexes,such as the rationality of the organizational structure,the degree of forestry mechanization,the social service system of forestry,the construction of forestry infrastructure,the timeliness and accuracy of feedback of the cooperatives to the market information,the frequen-cy of daily forestry technical training,the richness of training content,the adaptability to changes and challenges of the entrepreneurial environment,the stability of sales channels,the number of commendations received,are relatively low.Second,the mean value of comprehensive evaluation of the organizational resilience level of farm-ers'forestry professional cooperatives is 0.3731,which indicates that the organizational resilience level of farm-ers'forestry professional cooperatives still needs to be improved.Third,the farmers'forestry professional coop-eratives can be divided into four categories:the mean value of comprehensive evaluation of the organizational re-silience of forestry professional cooperatives in categories 1 and 2 is relatively low,with a total of 77 samples,ac-counting for 54%of the total sample.Fourth,factors such as organizational resources,organizational innovation,organizational commitment,organizational management ability,and external social relations network have an im-pact on the resilience of cooperatives. ⑷ Conclusions and Discussions——Based on the above research conclusions,the following policy sug-gestions are proposed:First,strengthen the daily standardized management of farmers'forestry professional co-operatives,carry out the selection activities of model cooperatives,guide the leaders of cooperatives to improve the internal organizational structure and management systems,and actively promote forestry technical training and personnel construction.Second,strengthen the resource reserves of farmers'forestry professional cooperatives,improve the risk early warning management,clarify the specific responsibilities of each member in the risk plans,and improve the response ability to sudden events.Third,optimize the operation strategies of farmers'forestry professional cooperatives to improve their production efficiency and operation management.Fourth,expand the sales channels and social relations network of farmers'forestry professional cooperatives,extend the industrial chain,and strengthen innovation.关键词
