《水泥花园》的话语权力解读
Interpretation of The Cement Garden from the Perspective of Foucault's Power Theory
摘要
Abstract
Michel Foucault,Foucault,a famous French theorist,revealed the relationship between power,discourse and knowledge.All aspects of life,such as body,thought and behavior,social discipline and system,are inextricably linked with power discourse.Foucault's power discourse theory provides a way to interpret Ian McEwan's novel the Cement Garden.The novel,with a unique namative way,describes that the protagonist Jack and his brothers and sisters are both in a field cmposed of power,alienated from their own thinking and made a series of comples behaviors while being disciplined by power.The desire for power,which is nowhere to be stretched,has flooded the inner world of teenagers,and it also shows Ian McEwan's reflection on individual destiny and the influence of British social structure on people in the 20th century.关键词
