摘要

Abstract

The yeast two-hybrid technology was used to screen candidate secreted effector proteins(CSEP)that interact with cucumber stay green protein(SGR).The interaction was further validated by GST-pull down and co-immunoprecipitation techniques.The results showed that the cucumber CsSGR and CsCSEP genes were successfully cloned.The yeast two-hybrid assay revealed that CsSGR protein interacted with CsCSEP30,CsCSEP47 and CsCSEP48 proteins.Both GST-pull down and co-immunoprecipitation assays confirmed the interaction between CsSGR protein and CsCSEP30,CsCSEP47 and CsCSEP48 proteins.In conclusion,CsSGR protein interacts with CsCSEP30,CsCSEP47 and CsCSEP48 proteins,CsSGR may help to delay leaf senescence and enhance disease resistance.
