摘要
Abstract
Because of the narrow genetic base and long cycle,traditional breeding technology is difficult to meet the demand for synergistic improvement of yield,quality and stress tolerance.Through systematic integration of physical mutagenesis,biological mutagenesis and molecular marker-assisted breeding technologies,an innovative physical-biological synergistic mutagenesis combined with molecular marker-assisted breeding technical system was established.This breakthrough system had facilitated the successful development of four elite rice varieties,including Hongdao 59 and Yudao 518,providing a novel pathway to address the critical bottleneck constraints in rice germplasm innovation.关键词
