不同浓度山崎配方营养液对高架草莓生长发育、产量和品质的影响
Effect of Different Concentrations of Yamazaki Formula Nutrient Solution on Growth,Yield and Quality of Strawberry in Elevated Cultivation

Abstract
To investigate the optimal Yamazaki nutrient solution concentration(EC value)for different strawberry varieties at various growth stages in elevated cultivation,two strawberry cultivars,Ssanta and Kaorino,were used as materials,standard Yamazaki nutrient solution was as the baseline,0.125 and 0.25 times(B1),0.25 and 0.5 times(B2),and 0.5 and 1 times(B3)standard concentration of Yamazaki nutrient solution were set up,with corresponding EC values of 0.6 and 0.7,0.7 and 0.9,and 0.9 and 1.3,respectively,and the effects of different water and fertilizer treatments on strawberry growth,photosynthetic characteristics,fruit yield and quality were analyzed,so as to provide theoretical guidance for strawberry water and fertilizer regulation in Shanxi Province.The results showed that overall,B1 treatment showed the highest plant height,crown diameter,compound leaf number,petiole length,SPAD value and intercellular CO2 concentration for both Ssanta and Kaorino;B3 treatment exhibited the highest leaf net photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate for both Ssanta and Kaorino.There was no significant difference for fruit quality indexes of Ssanta under different treatments,while Kaorino showed the best fruit quality under B3 treatment.Both cultivars achieved the highest fruit yield per plant under B3 treatment.Therefore,under Shanxi's water conditions,0.5 times standard concentration of Yamazaki nutrient solution(EC value of 0.9 mS/cm)before full flowering and 1 time standard concentration of Yamazaki nutrient solution(EC value of 1.3 mS/cm)after full flowering is recommended.关键词
