基层社会治理法治化视域下人民调解制度改革探析
Analysis of the Reform of the People's Mediation System from the Perspective of Rule of Law in Grassroots Social Governance

Abstract
People's mediation is a necessary measure to resolve civil disputes formed by the socialist transformation of traditional mediation under the guidance of Marxism in China.Over the past 40 years,the reform and exploration of people's mediation by the state and local governments have been guided by organizational authority,personnel authority,and result authority,which has promoted the development of the people's mediation.However,people's mediation has shown problems such as excessive administrative and judicial development,uneven establishment and homogenization construction of urban and rural people's mediation organizations,and insufficient convenience and recognizability of people's mediation.In the future,people's mediation should be centered on the needs of the people,standardize government's participation in the people's mediation process,unify the mediation system framework,optimize the establishment and construction of urban-rural mediation organizations,strengthen the informationization and branding of people's mediation,and other measures to optimize the development of the people's mediation system.关键词
