Current Situation,Challenge and Prospect of Local Data Legislation:An Empirical Study on Legislation Based on 77 Local Data
摘要
Abstract
Improving local data legislation is of great significance to improve China's data governance system and build a data power.By analyzing the basic situation of local data legislation in China,we can improve the level of local data legislation in China.There are 77 local data legislation in China at present.This paper makes an empirical analysis on the time,region,and content of local data legislation in China.China's local data legislation has promoted the improvement of local data governance system to a certain extent,though there are still some problems,such as high repetition rate,lagging legislation and incomplete content.With the promulgation of the data security law,China's local data legislation will usher in new development opportunities.关键词
