Evaluation of the Coordinated Development Level of Digital Economy and High Quality Development of Manufacturing Industry in Guangdong Province
摘要
Abstract
To improve the coordination level of high-quality development of digital economy and manufacturing industry,and to promote the development of new quality productivity in Guangdong Province,based on the panel data of Guangdong Province from 2013 to 2022,this study discusses the coupling and coordination relationship between digital economy and high-quality development of manufacturing industry and the obstacle factors affecting its development.The results show that during the sample period(2013-2022),there is a good coordination relationship between the digital economy and the high-quality development of manufacturing industry in Guangdong Province,reaching a moderate coupling level.Low levels of Internet-related spending and industrial capital productivity are the biggest obstacles to the development of the digital economy and high-quality development of manufacturing,respectively.Based on this,the paper puts forward some policy suggestions such as improving the construction of digital infrastructure,strengthening the investment in innovation research and development,and strengthening the radiating role of the Pearl River Delta region.关键词
