Managerial Ability and Enterprise Performance-Based on the Moderating Effect of Property Rig
摘要
Abstract
Based on 16580 relevant financial data samples of A-share listed companies in China from 2010 to 2021,this study aims to analyze the relationship between managerial ability and enterprise performance.The research mainly uses the DEA-Tobit two-stage model to measure managerial ability,constructs a regression model,empirically tests the impact of managerial ability on enterprise performance,and analyzes the moderating effect of property rights heterogeneity on the relationship between managerial ability and enterprise performance.The empirical results show that managerial ability of A-share listed companies in China has a significant positive promoting effect on enterprise performance,and this positive promoting effect is more significant in non-state-owned enterprises.关键词
