摘要

Abstract

By analyzing the operational management of the emerging cultural enterprise Tianshi Henian Group,we examine the significant impact of technological innovation and innovative operational thinking on an emerging cultural enterprise's competitive advantage.The research reveals that Tianshi Henian Group,through its reliance on technological innovation,improves the feasibility of entering the market by developing new markets,evading intense competition in the mainstream market,and enhancing its internal strength and constructing a new external value network in the process.It establishes its competitive advantage and secures a place in the cultural market.The emerging cultural enterprises in our country can draw insights from its explorative approach and practices.
