A Brief Discussion on Gu Qianli's Thoughts on Ci Poetry
摘要
Abstract
Gu Qianli,a distinguished textual scholar of the Qing Dynasty,is often recognized for his work in classical litera-ture,yet his achievements in this area are frequently eclipsed by his contributions to textual criticism.Despite not being widely recognized for his expertise in Ci poetry,Gu Qianli consistently highlights the importance of rhythm and the concept of"scholarly Ci"in both his own poetry and the prefaces he wrote for Ci poetry collections.Additionally,Gu Qianli displayed a distinct prefer-ence for composing"untitled"(wuti)poems,which reflects his unique approach to poetic creation.This thesis seeks to examine Gu Qianli's theories on Ci poetry by analyzing his approach to composition and his divergence from the principles of the Zhexi School of Ci Poetry.It also investigates the profound impact of his ideas on the emergence and theoretical evolution of the Wuzhong School of Ci Poetry.关键词
