Static Analysis and Experiment on the Gear Shifting Roller of the Rice Hard Seedling Tray Lifting Machine

Abstract
The self-taken one-line rice hard seedlings starting machine has an important impact on the quality of the disk operation.In order to avoid insufficient structural strength and resonance during the operation,used the NX12.0 software to set the three-dimensional model,simplified the gear shifting roller model,and imported the ANSYS Work-bench software,and performed static and modal analysis,respectively.The results of static analysis showed that the maxi-mum displacement of the gear shifting roller under the static load was 0.029 615 mm,the maximum stress was 12.292 MPa,which was smaller than the yield strength limit material Q235.Used Design-Expert 12.0 software to optimize the resolution of the regression equation of the three factors.The results showed that the speed of the tooth roller roller was 30 r/min,the forward speed was 1.2 km/h,and the height of the gear shifting roller was 10 mm.In order to test the effects of the starting disk performance of self-watched rice hard seedlings from the actual situation of the field,it conducted verification tests on it.The test results showed that the average efficiency of the starting disk was 343 disks/h,the aver-age value of the seedlings of the seedlings was 97%,and the average chuck rate was 1%,which met the agricultural re-quirements of the hard seedlings.关键词
