Abstract

Aiming at the problem of low survival rate of crop seeds caused by uneven mixing,the study on the distribu-tion of mud mixing flow field in the spray planter has a guiding role in solving the low survival rate of crops,and can pro-vide a theoretical basis for the optimal design of the mixing device in the spray planter.Stirring uniformity is an important index to measure the quality of a jet-seeding machine.Aiming at the stirring uniformity problem of a horizontal two-axis agitator,adopted the numerical simulation method of solid-liquid two-phase flow mixing model,and used Fluent software to study the effects of different stirring speeds,solid particle sizes and impeller installation angles on the flow field charac-teristics in the mixing chamber,and obtained the optimal parameters.The numerical simulation results showed that the stirring speed was 100 r/min,the particle size was 0.1 mm,and the impeller installation angle was 45°,and the stirring effect was good.The test results were compared with the simulation results,the maximum difference was less than 4%.After spraying,the plant coverage was uniform,and the coverage rate was 88.7%.
