摘要

Abstract

Moisture content is a key indicator to judge wheat maturity and harvest suitability.Timely and accurate acqui-sition of wheat moisture content is conducive to wheat harvest and production planning,guiding the operation scheduling of combined harvester,and ensuring accurate harvest of wheat in the mature stage.In order to improve the accuracy of online detection system of wheat moisture content in combined harvester,a kind of online detection sensor of wheat grain moisture content with the ipsilateral circular arc capacitance was designed,and its structure and working principle were analyzed by finite element simulation and the structure parameter optimization test of capacitor plate were carried out.Based on COMSOL Multiphysics software,the structural parameters of the ipsilateral circular arc capacitive moisture con-tent detection sensor were optimized,including the number of plates,plate size and plate spacing,and the final opti-mized parameters were obtained:When the width of the driving plate of the ipsilateral circular arc capacitor tripole plate type wheat grain moisture content detection sensor was 45 mm,the width of the sensing plate was 23 mm,the edge of the plate was 18 mm,and the length of the plate was 135 mm,the linear correlation between the capacitance and the permit-tivity was satisfied,and the determination coefficient R2 was close to 1.
