Abstract

Aiming at the problem that the average seeding amount per meter of sugarcane planter changes with forward speed,which leads to uneven seeding,a set of speed-dependent seeding control system based on PLC was designed.By analyzing the detection and calculation principle of planter forward speed and sprocket rotating speed,and fitting the function relationship between the controller digital value and sprocket rotating speed,the sprocket rotating speed and planter forward speed could be matched,and the average seeding amount of cane seed did not change with the planter forward speed.The field experiment showed that when the seeding distance was 100 m,the average seeding amount of sugarcane seed per meter changed within 8.19%under different forward speed(2-4 km/h),which met the requirements of sugarcane seeding.
