一种无动力输入红薯收获机的设计与试验
Design and Test of a No power Input Sweet Potato Harvester
摘要
Abstract
After the analysis,research and experiment of the application status of sweet potato harvesting equipment at home and abroad,a no power input was innovatively designed,and the mechanized sweet potato harvesting machine was prepared throughout the receiving process.Through production test and performance measurement,the experimental result parameters of the designed sweet potato harvester met the design index,and had integrated agronomic functions such as excavation,lifting,vibration,soil screening,conveying,fruit collection and handling in production operations.The test proved that the sweet potato harvester solved the problems of large equipment equipped with large power,complex struc-ture,high cost or single function of small equipment,manual picking,fruit collection and handling,and the equipment had the characteristics of no power input,simple structure,low cost,convenient operation,high receiving quality,stable operation performance and good economy.关键词
