摘要

Abstract

In view of the lack of special planters for breeding in peanut communities in China,most of them use manual sowing,which seriously affects the scientific problems of breeding experiments.In order to improve the efficiency and ac-curacy of breeding and sowing in the peanut community,a precision planter for peanut community breeding was designed according to the special requirements of community testing,which could realize uninterrupted community sowing and save labor.The whole machine structure of the precision planter for peanut community breeding was self-propelled.Based on the pneumatic seeding principle,key components such as sowing device,deep sowing control device,transmission route and gas pipeline were designed and selected to ensure that the planter meets the requirements of community test non-mix-ing,single-grain precision sowing,etc.,and the field test of the designed machine was carried out.The test results show that the strain rate of the peanut field breeding precision planter was 1.0%,the leakage rate was 3.4%,the recast rate was 1.2%,and the sowing depth pass rate was 91.4%.All factors and indicators met the operation standards of the community.
