油豆角覆膜穴播机的设计与试验
Design and Test of an Oil Beans Mulching and Hole Sowing Machine
摘要
Abstract
In response to the low level of mechanisation in oil string beans cultivation,designed of a mulching and hole sowing machine based on the agronomic requirements of oil string beans.The machine can be used for trenching,fertiliser application,mulching,hole sowing on film and mulching in one operation.The machine structure and working principle of the mulching hole sower were determined,and the structural design and parameters of key components were determined.Field trials were conducted on the cavity seeder,which showed that:the utilisation rate of the lighted surface of the film and the leakage rate of the film were 94.2%and 2.4%respectively,the seeding pass rate was 93.3%,the leakage rate was 3.7%,the reseeding rate was 3%and the average hole spacing was 335.8 mm,meeting the design requirements of mulching and hole sowing machine.关键词
