水稻秧盘推送设备的设计与仿真优化
Design and Simulation Optimization of Rice Seedling Tray-pushing Equipment

Abstract
To realize the automatic transportation of rice seedling trays and replace manual labor,this paper designed and developed an automatic rice seedling tray pushing device to solve the transportation problem of the rice seedling trays from the conveyor belt to the three-dimensional seedbed.The push device used a Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)as the control core,sent signals through photoelectric sensors,and controled the cylinder and motor to realize positioning and pushing functions respectively.At the same time,the simulation analysis of the hanging basket receiving the seedling tray was carried out to ensure the stability of the seedbed when it was rotating and during the pushing process;the static analysis results of the hanging basket of the three-dimensional seedbed were obtained by applying ANSYS Workbench software.The test results showed that when the lifting height and pushing distance parameters were set to 400 mm and 940 mm respectively,the pushing success rate could reach 96%.This study provides a technical reference for rice seed-ling tray transportation.关键词
