水培叶菜采收机高效推送机构试验研究
Experiment on Efficient Push Mechanism of Hydroponic Leaf Vegetable Harvester

Abstract
In view of the low automation degree and low efficiency of harvest in plant factory,this paper presented an au-tomatic harvest device which was composed of a cup-pushing mechanism and a cup-conveying mechanism.The charac-teristic of the device was that the cultivation cup pushing mechanism can push all the cultivation cups in the cultivation cover simultaneously through the cultivation cup supporting fork to realize efficient pushing.In order to verify the effect of the cup-pushing mechanism in the automatic harvesting device,the cup-pushing experiment was carried out.According to the test results,the optimum size parameters of the cup-pushing mechanism were as follows:the length of the cup-pushing plate was 40 mm,the width was 6 mm,the thickness was 2 mm,the diameter of the tangent circle formed by the four cup-pushing plates was 38 mm,the length of the steel needle was 15 mm,and the average deflection angle of the cup-pushing mechanism was 2.2°.The influence of the inner circle diameter of the fork on the average declination angle was greater than that of the length of the steel needle.The influence of the interference between the vegetables in the cul-tivated cup on the success rate of pushing was not significant,and the success rate of pushing reached 95%.关键词
