柠条生材力学性能试验及数值模拟
Mechanical Properties and Numerical Simulation of Caragana

Abstract
Aiming at the low efficiency and high power consumption of Caragana stubble machine,the physical and me-chanical properties of Caragana raw wood were studied to provide data support for the research of mechanical equipment.The tensile strength,compressive strength and shear strength of Caragana were measured by experiments,and equivalent numerical simulation was carried out by LS-DYNA software.The results showed that the Caragana raw wood exhibited brittle failure in tensile and shear tests,and the longitudinal tensile strength was 80.82 MPa,the transverse tensile strength was 4.71 MPa,and the longitudinal shear strength was 16.64 MPa.The compressive strength of transverse grain was 25.79 MPa and the compressive strength of longitudinal grain was 21.50 MPa.The stress-displacement curves obtained by numerical simulation were basically in agreement with those obtained by experiments,and the difference be-tween the data was less than 5%.The 5 strength parameters of Caragana could satisfy the strength relationship between different directions of wood.In this paper,the mechanical strength parameters of Caragana raw wood were determined by means of mechanical test and numerical simulation,and the damage morphology was analyzed,it had great significance for further understanding of the mechanical properties of Caragana raw wood.关键词
