特种加工技术在精量播种机结构设计中的应用
Application of Special Processing Technology in Precision Seeder Structure Design
摘要
Abstract
In view of the traditional seeder sowing method is more rough,there are uneven sowing and multiple sowing phenomenon,and the precision seeder sowing precision and stability still need to be improved.The special processing technology was used to design and optimize the structure of the precision seeder.To improve the sowing quality and ob-tain the best size parameters of each component in sowing device,the stress and movement process of the sowing device in different stages of sowing process were analyzed.To verify the performance of the precision seeder,the optimum cone Angle was determined and he seeding test was carried out.The test results showed that the best suction cone angle for pepper seeds was 60°,and the precision seeder can meet the technical requirements of pepper seed sowing.关键词
