不同类型社区居家养老服务需要与利用分析
Analysis of the service needs and utilization of aging in place in different community settings

Abstract
To investigate the current development status of aging in place services,this study conducted a sample survey of 617 older adults from various types of communities in Gulou District,Nanjing,for the purpose of analyzing their needs,utilization,and influencing factors regarding these services.Findings revealed that the awareness rate,willingness rate,utilization rate,and satisfaction rate of aging in place services among the surveyed older adults were 70.02%,60.78%,43.92%,and 85.24%,respectively.The overall utilization rate was relatively low.Significant differences were identified in the awareness,willingness,and utilization rates of these services among older adults from different community settings(P<0.001).Additionally,willingness and utilization rate varied significantly among older adults across age groups and physical conditions(P<0.001).The study highlighted a prominent mismatch and imbalance between the supply and demand of aging in place services.The utilization of spiritual consolation and medical-related services was low.Community resources and services influenced the willingness,utilization and awareness of aging in place services.关键词
