土壤基质对贺兰山石灰石矿区土壤及植被恢复的影响
Effect of Soil Matrix on Soil and Vegetation Restoration in Helan Mountain Limestone Mine Area

Abstract
In order to determine the appropriate amount of soil matrixused in the vegetation restoration of the abandoned limestone mine in Helan Mountain,the soil matrix(prepared with decomposed straw,γ-polyglutamic acid fermentation solution,γ-polyglutamic acid hydrogel and sand fixing agent,etc.)independently developed was used as experimental materials to study the effects of different amounts of soil matrixon soil chemical properties,soil microorganisms,soil enzyme activities and vegetation restoration and growth.The results showed that the application of soil matrix had significant effects on plant recovery and soil improvement.Soil water content,the number of culturable bacteria,fungi,actinomycetes,soil urease,vegetation coverage,number and height of plants increased first and then decreased with the increase of soil matrix application,and all reached the maximum value when soil matrix application was 4 500 kg·hm-2(T3).The research results can provide technological support for improving the ecological restoration and management of Helan Mountain open-pit mining area and improving the resource utilization efficiency of waste.关键词
