不同叶形长柄扁桃叶片解剖结构与抗旱性分析
Analysis of Leaf Anatomical Structure and Drought Resistance of Amygdalus pedunculata with Different Leaf Shapes

Abstract
In order to explore the relationship between the leaf structure and drought resistance of Amygdalus pedunculata,the leaf structure and vein structure of 8 different leaf shapes of Amygdalus pedunculata were observed and compared by paraffin section technology.The leaf thickness,upper and lower epidermis thickness,palisade tissue thickness,cuticle thickness and vein vessel diameter of different leaf shapes were measured by optical microscopy and analyzed statistically.The results show that smaller leaves,thicker leaves,close arrangement of palisade tissue and large diameter of vascular tube are the main characteristics of drought resistance of Amygdalus pedunculata.关键词
