Abstract
Aiming at the imbalance between economy and reliability under deep peaking conditions of thermal power generating units,a 660MW ultra-supercritical unit is taken as the research object,and based on the actual peaking operation data,the inverse equilibrium method is used to calculate the thermal efficiency of boiler,efficiency of steam turbine,and the plant power rate,so as to establish a dynamic model of coal consumption and peaking cost.The study shows that the unit's coal consumption is about 25%higher than the design coal consumption under 20%~30%deep peaking load.Using experimental tests and case studies,the unit proposes to optimise the combustion air distribution,maintain the steam parameters and dynamically match the compensation strategy to alleviate the loss of economic performance of deep peaking.关键词
