摘要

Abstract

With the people's aspirations for a better life gradually rising,the cooling and heating needs of various types of buildings in urban communities are gradually rising,and the share of air-conditioning energy consumption in the total national energy consumption is increasing,becoming a new growth point in energy consumption and receiving attention from all sides.Especially in the hot summer and cold winter areas where centralised heating is not used,decentralised cooling and heating air-conditioning methods are mostly used,which have problems such as low energy use efficiency,poor comfort and safety hazards.Combined with relevant research at home and abroad,an exploratory study of integrated energy services for urban communities has been carried out from the perspective of energy supply methods.Through the construction of centralised energy supply stations and supporting pipeline networks,it supplies cooling and heating air-conditioning for commercial buildings,residential buildings,public buildings,hotels and other buildings in the community,utilising the intensive benefits of building clusters to realise the large-scale utilisation of renewable energy sources and the complementary utilisation of a variety of energy sources,and,through the unification of construction,operation and management,to Through unified construction,operation and management,it saves social resource input,improves energy use efficiency,protects the ecological environment,and promotes low-carbon and high-quality development of the city.Taking a future community located in an area with hot summer and cold winter as an example,with a total energy-supply building area of 145,700 m2,the technical scheme and engineering experience of the centralised energy supply technology with multiple synergies of'ground source heat pump,heat source tower and water storage and cooling'are elaborated in detail.Economic analysis and quantitative evaluation of social benefits were also carried out,and the results showed that compared with the traditional'chiller+gas boiler'system,this technology can save 613.04 tonnes of standard coal and reduce 1495.2 tonnes of carbon dioxide emissions annually.This technology not only has good economic benefits,but also has significant social benefits.
