摘要

Abstract

The emission of non-sulfur pollutants such as CO,HC,PM and NOx in Marine engine emission has been widely concerned.The use of post-treatment purification technologies DOC,C-DPF and SCR can effectively control the emission of these pollutants.DOC,C-DPF and SCR devices were installed on the exhaust pipe of an 1100 kW marine engine.The removal tests of non-sulfur pollutants affected by process layout,space velocity and velocity of flue gas were carried out.The process arrangement of DOC+C-DPF+SCR is more suitable for the collaborative control of non-sulfur pollutants in Marine exhaust gas.When DOC airspeed≤71000 h-1,C-DPF airspeed≤33000 h-1,SCR airspeed≤13800 h-1,the CO removal efficiency can reach more than 99%,and the PM removal efficiency can reach more than 90%.The NOx removal efficiency can reach more than 70%,which can meet the requirements of the national standard.
