酞酸酯(PAEs)高、低积累水稻品种根系吸收PAEs的动力学差异
Variation in uptake kinetic of phthalates(PAEs)by different roots of high and low PAE-accumulating rice cultivars

Abstract
To investigate the variation in uptake kinetic of phthalates(PAEs)by the roots of high and low PAE-accumulating rice cultivars,hydroponic experiments were conducted using three different PAE compounds at various concentrations to explore their PAE accumulation variations.The results indicated that the uptake of PAEs by the roots of high and low PAE-accumulating rice cultivars increased over time.This uptake processes could be divided into two stages:rapid(0-2 h)and slow absorption(4-36 h).The high PAE-accumulating cultivar(i.e.,Peizataifeng)showed a stronger PAE absorption capacity compared to the low one(i.e.,Fengyousimiao).The uptake rate of PAEs by rice roots depended on PAE concentrations in nutrient solution,and their relationship could be fitted by the Michaelis-Menten equation.The Michaelis constant(Km)for cultivar Peizataifeng was smaller than that for Fengyousimiao,while the affinity of the absorption carrier for PAEs was higher in Peizataifeng.This might be one of the reasons for the variation in PAE uptake and accumulation between the two cultivars.Among three PAE compounds,the affinity of rice roots decreased in the order:di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate(DEHP)>dibutyl phthalate>diethyl phthalate,leading to a higher accumulation of long side-chain DEHP in rice.The absorption of PAEs by rice roots led to pH increase in nutrient solution,with the increase(ΔpH)being greater for the solution of Peizataifeng than for Fengyousimiao.This was consistent with the order of affinity for PAE absorption and transport carriers.The study demonstrated that Fengyousimiao had a lower affinity and absorption rate for PAEs,resulting in less PAE accumulation than Peizataifeng,which benefited for safety of agricultural products.These results provided scientific basis for safety of agricultural products.关键词
