Abstract
In order to reduce the residual smoke of the ZJ17D cigarette machine,the Six Sigma DMAIC theory was used to analyze the production process to determine the key factors affecting the residual smoke.The key factors were optimized through DOE experimental design to achieve the goal of reducing the residual smoke of the ZJ17D cigarette machine.Research shows that the residual tobacco volume of the optimized ZJ17D cigarette machine has been reduced to 9.982 3 kg/million cigarettes.This method provides a reference for reducing cigarette costs.关键词
