摘要

Abstract

To determine the composition of pericarp microorganisms from the muscadine grape(Muscadinia rotundifolia Michx)and provide a theoretical basis for revealing the effects of microorganisms on the grape,this study used high-throughput se-quencing 16S and ITS to analyze the microbial diversity in the muscadine Warden skins.The results revealed that the domi-nant bacterial phyla were Proteobacteria,Firmicutes,Bacteroidetes,Planctomycetes,Acidobacteria,and Actinobacteria,and the dominant genera were Lactobacillus,Escherichia-Shigella,Caulobacter and Prevotella_9.For fungi,the dominant phyla were Ascomycota and Basidiomycota,and the dominant genera were Penicillium,Aspergillus,Monascus,Colletotrichum,Catenulostroma and Ilyonectria.The identification of these microbes provides a reference for understanding the influence of microbes on the unique flavor,wine quality,and disease resistance of muscadine grapes.
