硅对锰胁迫下土沉香幼苗生长及光合生理的影响
Effects of Silicon on the Growth and Photosynthetic Physiology of Aquilaria sinensis under Manganese Stress

Abstract
To investigate the effects of different silicon and manganese treatments on the growth and photosynthetic physi-ology of Aquilaria sinensis,this study used a soil pot experiment to investigate the influence of various manganese stress in-tensities(0,250,and 500 mg·kg-1)and concentrations(0,250,500,and 1000 mg·kg-1)of silicon addition on the biomass,photosynthetic pigment content,gas exchange parameters,and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of A.sinensis.The results revealed that different silicon and manganese treatments had different effects on the growth and photosynthetic physiology of A.sinensis seedlings,manifested as(1)low silicon(Si≤250 mg·kg-1)and low manganese(Mn≤250 mg·kg-1)promoting the growth of A.sinensis seedlings by increasing gas exchange parameters(Pn,Gs,Ci),chlorophyll fluorescence parameters(Y(Ⅱ),ETR,qP,and qN).(2)Low silicon and high manganese(500 mg·kg-1)slightly inhibited the growth of A.sinensis seed-lings by reducing the photosynthetic pigment content,Pn,and Fv/Fm.(3)High silicon(Si≥500 mg·kg-1)and high manganese significantly inhibited the growth of A.sinensis seedlings by reducing the photosynthetic pigment content,Pn,and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters[Y(Ⅱ),ETR,and qP].In conclusion,250 mg·kg-1)of silicon can increase photosynthetic physiologi-cal indicators,promote the growth of A.sinensis seedlings,and alleviate low-concentration(Mn≤250 mg·kg-1)manganese stress,but high concentrations of silicon(Si≥ 500 mg·kg-1)reduce photosynthetic physiological indicators,and inhibit the growth of A.sinensis seedlings.This study provides a theoretical reference for the cultivation and management of A.sinensis seedlings in manganese-polluted soil.关键词
