Review and Improvement Path of Current Situation of Environmental Damage Judicial Expertise in China
摘要
Abstract
Environmental damage judicial appraisal is one of the"four major categories"of judicial appraisal,playing a crucial role in environmental litigation cases.In order to learn the development status and existing problems of judicial appraisal of environmental damage in China,a survey was conducted on the current situation of the number of cases,number of institutions,types of practice,and appraisal techniques in environmental damage appraisal in recent years.The analysis showed that the judicial appraisal system for environmental damage in China has been initially established,with a significant increase in the number of cases,appraisal institutions,and appraisers year by year,and the overall development was rapid.In addition,corresponding suggestions were proposed to address issues such as capacity limitations,fees,and value quantification that arose during the appraisal process,providing reference for the further improvement of the judicial appraisal system for environmental damage.关键词
