摘要

Abstract

In the process of coal mining,under the complex geostress and mining influence,deformation problems such as floor heave,two sides ingression and others are prone to occur in the roadway,which affects the stability of the roadway.Taking the return air stone gate in the-800 m southern area of Suncun Coal Mine as the research object,the deformation mechanism of the roadway under the superposition condition of complex geostress and goaf factors is analyzed through grouting reinforcement mechanism.Dynamic grouting solidification technology is proposed.Through the innovative design of"strong confidentiality self sealing,high-strength self solidification,and rapid internal self closing"hollow grouting anchor rods,the support process is optimized,the efficiency and support effect of the grouting process are improved.The dynamic grouting solidification technology can significantly enhance the strength of the surrounding rock and greatly improve the overall stability of the roadway.
