Abstract
In response to the deformation problem of roadway surrounding rock under the complex geological conditions of mines in Shaozhai Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.in Lingtai,Gansu,a systematic optimization design for the existing support system is carried out adopting a combination method of numerical simulation and on-site experiments.Through FLAC3D software simulation,it is found that the existing roadway support system has shortcomings in dealing with roof and sidewall deformation.Optimization measures such as reducing roadway height,adjusting anchor rod row spacing,thickening sprayed concrete layer,strengthening floor grouting reinforcement and others are proposed.The ZMG-4000 type intelligent heading machine is introduced,and the support parameters are dynamically adjusted through a real-time monitoring system.The research results show that the optimized support system significantly reduces the maximum displacement of the roadway roof and sidewall,improves the anchor rod pulling force,controls the maximum convergence amount of the roadway surrounding rock within 10 mm,and increases the construction safety coefficient by about 30%.This optimization scheme effectively improves the overall stability and construction efficiency of the roadway,providing technical reference for mine engineering under similar complex geological conditions.关键词
