Abstract
In response to the gradual advancement of coal mining towards the middle and deep parts,the narrow coal pillar roadway excavation along goaf of the isolated island working face exists problems such as surrounding rock serious deformation,difficulty in control,and high cost,etc.Taking the 83lower03-2 return air crossheading of Jiangzhuang Coal Mine as the object,a combination method of theoretical analysis and on-site experiment is adopted to study the support technology of narrow coal pillar roadway excavation along goaf of the middle and deep isolated island working face.A multi circle layer efficient support scheme of"long anchor rod+flexible anchor rod+long anchor cable"is proposed.By optimizing the coal pillar width and support design,the stable control of the roadway surrounding rock is effectively achieved.The on-site monitoring data shows that after using a 6 m wide narrow coal pillar roadway protection and the new support scheme,the maximum deformation amount of the roof and floor,and two sides is reduced to 231 mm and 162 mm,respectively,and the surrounding rock deformation is controlled within a safe range.关键词
