Abstract
To determine the mine ventilation resistance situation of Yixin Coal Industry,the equivalent orifices and resistance holes of each line are analyzed.Yixin Coal Industry is taken as the research object,and multiple measuring points are established using barometer method to measure parameters of each measuring point such as wind speed of measuring point,air volume of measuring point,velocity pressure difference between measuring points,static pressure difference between measuring points,air density between measuring points and so on.Error tests are conducted to obtain the distribution line graphs of line resistance for each line.The total resistance of the entire mine ventilation system is 941.36 Pa,the total air intake volume is 12 440.4 m3/min,the total return air volume is 12 522 m3/min(208.7 m3/s),and the total exhaust air volume is 12 607.8 m3/min(210.13 m3/s),with an equivalent orifice size of 8.15 m2.From this,it can be inferred that this mine is an easily ventilated mine.The mine ventilation route is long and there are many ventilation facilities,so ventilation management and daily monitoring work should be strengthened.With the change of seasons,it is necessary to strengthen the dynamic management of the ventilation system,adjust the air volume of each air-used location in a timely manner,and ensure safe production.关键词
