Abstract
In order to improve the high mineral content and its inherent low hydrophilicity of the 3#coal seam in Wangzhuang Coal Mine,which exacerbates the problem of excessive dust concentration in the fully mechanized mining operation environment,based on the sedimentation experiment method,the improvement degrees of various types and concentrations of surfactant solutions on the wetting ability of coal dust are quantified.Multiple surfactant components including 1.5%concentration X-100,2%concentration JFC,2%concentration SDBS,and 2%concentration SDS solutions are compounded and tested,a ternary surfactant system with the optimal ratio of 1.5%X-100,2%JFC and 2%SDBS is determined at a specific ratio(1:2:2),and on-site experiments are conducted on the fully mechanized mining face.The practical results show that compared with simply injecting pure water,after adopting this ternary compound wetting agent,the total dust removal efficiency of the working face is improved by 62.65%,and the removal efficiency of respiratory dust is improved by 72.80%.The research results confirm the effectiveness of compound wetting agents in effectively controlling dust pollution and their potential and value in practical engineering applications.关键词
