Abstract
In response to the problem of insufficient gas extraction efficiency in mines,taking the 40309 fully mechanized caving working face of Xiaozhuang Coal Mine as the research background,a method combining theoretical analysis and on-site measurement is adopted to inject CO2 into the coal body through a liquid carbon dioxide injection device,replace and displace adsorbed gas,optimize the coal layer seepage channel,and improve gas extraction efficiency.The results show that by comparing the online monitoring data of the 40309 return coal wall pre drainage system before mining,the gas concentration of the coal wall drainage system is averagely increased by 0.3%after pressure injection and pressure maintaining,and the drainage flow rate basically remains at 230 m3/min.The coal wall gas drainage volume is increased by 0.69 m3/min,and the coal wall gas drainage volume is increased slightly,which verifies the reliability of the drilling data analysis results.During the process of injecting liquid carbon dioxide into the 40309 working face,the increase in average wind exhaust gas is 0.85 m3/min,and the maximum increase in wind exhaust gas is 1.40 m3/min.This verifies that there has phenomenon of gas seeping from coal bodies fissures along with the pressure injection process,which has certain reference significance for the same types of high gas mines.关键词
