Abstract
During the final mining period of the 3upper605 working face in Fucun Coal Mine,a relatively large fault appears in the machine tail section of the cut hole,which is a parallel horizon.A slope of up to 20° appears at the machine tail section of the cut hole.To solve the difficult overall transportation problems of heavy type equipment such as hydraulic supports and others under traditional winch transportation or single track crane transportation modes when withdrawing brackets,a new type of transportation mode using double winch+pulley group is proposed through a transportation method for heavy type equipment under the large slope condition of mines.Two winches use a 6V×21-7SFC-26 mm steel wire rope of 1000 m,which pass through two 20 ton movable pulleys and one fixed pulley fixed on the retracement forklift and connect to two JSDB-19 type dual speed multi-purpose winches to form a closed loop movable steel wire rope.This method improves the safety coefficient of steel wire rope verification through a pulley group labor-saving method,and successfully achieves the overall transportation of heavy type hydraulic supports under the large slope condition in the cut hole of the 3upper605 retracement working face in Fucun Coal Mine.It provides an idea for the transportation of heavy type equipment such as hydraulic supports and others in similar working faces.关键词
