Abstract

Aiming at the existing problem of safety hidden dangers of the original dual loop single busbar operation way,which cannot meet the company's safe and stable power supply needs,in order to improve the power supply reliability of the desulfurization system of Laizhou Longtai Thermal Power Co.,Ltd.,a scheme is proposed to change the dual loop single busbar operation to segmented operation.The busbar segmented is achieved by adding busbars and isolation cabinets,and the busbar PT and PT juxtaposition devices are introduced to achieve the PT juxtaposition function of the two busbars.Under the cost constraint of renovation,a set of PT juxtaposition solution is designed to transform the isolation cabinets into isolation+PT cabinets.Using DC contactors to cooperate with intermediate relays,and combine PT handcart working position auxiliary contacts in series,the PT juxtaposition function is achieved at low cost and high reliability.After the renovation,the reliability of the system's power supply is significantly improved,effectively ensuring the safe and stable operation of the production system.
