Abstract
Aiming at the difficult problems in the treatment of hard roof,the application method and effect of static fracturing technology of expansion tube are proposed and verified.By establishing a numerical model of coal rock mass,the influence of different borehole parameters on the fracturing effect of expansion tube is simulated and analyzed,and the optimal parameter combination is selected for field testing.This study adopts FLAC3D software to simulate the stress distribution and fissure expansion situations of coal rock masses under high pressure conditions,and verifies the accuracy and technical feasibility of the numerical simulation through the field testing conducted in the 15902 return air roadway of Guzhuang Coal Mine.The results indicate that the selected borehole diameter and hole spacing can effectively form a through fissure network under the condition of applying a pressure of 50 MPa,significantly reducing stress concentration of the roof and improving stability and safety of the roof.关键词
