Analysis and optimization of internal flow in impulse turbine water distribution ring pipes
摘要
Abstract
The flow state within the water distribution ring pipe of impulse turbines was studied in this paper.By analyzing the velocity distribution,unstable turbulence,and total pressure distribution of the internal flow field,the bending angle of the water distribution ring pipe was optimized to achieve a geometric flow channel with improved flow distribution.The final results indicated that adjustments to the local bending angle of the water distribution ring pipe led to improvements in turbulent flow and flow separation,reductions in internal flow loss,and enhancements in the hydraulic performance of the water distribution ring pipe.关键词
