Abstract
Chinese philosophy has a more complete understanding of human value rationality.The dia-lectical logic of value form rooted in Zhouyi is the logic methodology for decision-making that has been inherited by the Chinese nation for thousands of years.The dialectical logic of value form provides a philosophical thinking form that integrates macro and micro integration.From basic individual health,family harmony,organizational optimization,improvement of the relationship between man and na-ture,and national governance,they are all covered in the value management vision of Chinese philoso-phy.This paper introduces the basic theory and practical case of the man-nature relationship,as well as the existing space of value discovery and application.Grasping the value logic category and value management vision of Chinese philosophy can help us to obtain a more systematic and holistic way of thinking.To optimize the method and path of decision-making and selection.关键词
