Abstract
Using inter-provincial data from 30 provinces(cities)from 2012 to 2022 as a research sample,the impact and mechanism of the digital economy on new quality agricultural productivity were examined.The study found that the digital economy significantly enhanced new quality agricultural productivity.The mecha-nism test shows that the digital economy promotes the development of new quality agricultural productivity through three potential channels:improving the level of agricultural technological innovation and the quality of rural human capital,and reducing the intensity of agricultural carbon emissions.Heterogeneity tests show that the contribution of the digital economy to new quality agricultural productivity is stronger in economically devel-oped regions and major food-producing areas.关键词
