摘要

Abstract

Electric vehicle have shown explosive growth in recent years,but the growing electric ve-hicle industry has also led to many problems,such as uneven product quality and poor user experience.Therefore,in the increasingly competitive market,how to timely and accurately grasp the consumer demand,understand the consumer evaluation information on various aspects of the product,to bring better products and services for consumers is crucial.Traditional methods such as questionnaire sur-veys to obtain consumer demand and quality evaluation obviously can no longer meet the current needs.In this paper,the market information of electric vehicle was analyzed through data mining tech-nology to explore user needs and pain points.The study finds that users'concerns about electric ve-hicle are mainly focused on cost-effectiveness,interior,space and other aspects.At the same time,the study also finds that users are generally more satisfied with the appearance of electric vehicle,and generally less satisfied with the comfort.
